The female rapper opened up about a terrible thing that happened to her and she explained that she was really mad! Cardi B says that she was sexually harassed during a photoshoot by a photographer but that there were no consequences to his actions.
Apparently, she was quick to tell the magazine’s owner all about it but he did not care so nothing was done to punish the crime.
The shocking story was shared by the rapper while on her friend, Angie Martinez‘s WE TV show Untold Stories of Hip Hop.
‘I will never forget how I went to shoot for a magazine and the photographer was trying to get close to me like, ‘You want to get in this magazine?’ Then he pulled his d**k out,’ Cardi recalls in a new clip for the show.
At the time, she was not nearly as famous as she is now but she still held her ground and tried to get her justice.
‘I was so f***ing mad, and I was just like, ‘This is crazy. ‘You’re f***ing bugging,’’ she apparently told the perpetrator before leaving the set immediately.
As mentioned before, she did not hesitate to tell the magazine’s owner about what happened but nothing was done.
‘You know what is so crazy? I told the owner and he just looked at me like, ‘So? And?’ [shrugs].’
While it’s clear that Cardi was and still is very mad about what happened, she did not share any names, be it of the photographer or the magazine.
What really upsets her, however, is that many other girls go through similar experiences all the time.
