Overall Meaning

The song "Holler!" by Homixide Gang is a typical gangster rap about drugs, guns, and violence. The lyrics involve the rapper bragging about his lavish lifestyle and his ability to deal with any situation that comes his way. The first verse talks about his ability to take other men's women and jet them off to LA, claiming they're going to have fun. He also mentions that he doesn't wear Adidas' popular Shell Toe shoes, but instead wears Rick Owens, which are more expensive and exclusive. The rapper then talks about his previous life, where he used a Metro phone, which is known to be cheap, but now he has an iPhone, which makes a lot of money for him. He also asserts that he doesn't need a pistol to create thunder as his guitar can also get the job done.

In the second verse, the rapper boasts about his violent tendencies and his ability to take out anyone he desires. He claims that he doesn't even have to tell his "young niggas" to do anything, and they know precisely what they should be doing. He also says that he and his friend Snotty are a dangerous duo who solve problems with choppas. Furthermore, the rapper suggests that they're fearless and won't let anyone take their power from them. The chorus talks about how they're rockstars and drug dealers and that anyone can come and get their illegal product from them. They conclude with the same lines from the start, which is nothing but a chant of their gang's name.
